We want to know what you like and don’t like about your health care plan with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid. Your ideas help us serve you better. We hope you’ll respond to our surveys or calls from our staff about our service.

The Department for Medicaid Services is enforcing how members with incorrect mailing addresses are handled. Members with undeliverable mailing addresses will be disenrolled from Medicaid coverage. You must update your address.
If you’ve moved, call KYNECT at 1-855-4kynect or 1-855-459-6328 or go to your local Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) office to update your address so you don’t lose your health care benefits!
You may have not been able to pick up some or all of your medicine at the pharmacy this week. This was because of a system error. We’re glad to report the system has been fixed. You can pick up your medicine now. We’re sorry for any problems this caused.
If you had to pay extra for your medicine, you can return to the pharmacy. They’ll give you a refund for any extra payment you made.
