Who may qualify?
- Low-income individuals who are pregnant and their children
- Children in foster care or adoption assistance
- Uninsured adults and families who meet income guidelines
- People with Medicaid and:
- Medicare, too.
- Who live in a nursing facility.
- Who receive long-term services and supports
- Who are aged, blind, or disabled.
- Who get care through any of the Developmental Disability waivers.
What are the income guidelines?
Dependent on household income and family size. Check current income guidelines.
Cardinal Care Medicaid may automatically sign you up if you meet Medicaid income guidelines and are in certain groups above.
Children in foster care are automatically eligible (no income requirements).
