How to renew
You need to renew your benefits every 12 months to keep them.
If you don’t renew on time,
you could lose your benefits.
But don’t worry! Just follow these easy steps to renew your benefits.
1. Keep an eye out for a notice in the mail.
You’ll get a renewal notice in the mail from the state telling you it’s time to renew.
2. Go to the Benefind website
Choose “Let’s Get Started” to log in or create an account.
3. Complete your online renewal.
Or you can complete your renewal by following the instructions in the renewal notice.
What if you lose your coverage?
You can still reapply for Medicaid. Visit Kynect to get started.
No longer qualify? Go to myhealthbenefitfinder.com/anthem. We can connect you to a plan that’s right for you.
Have you moved?
If you moved this past year, the state needs your new address! Call the KY Cabinet for Health and Family Services: Department
of Community Based Services at 1-855-306-8959. They can also help you with your renewal.
