Anthem Medicaid Member Dental Day at Christian County Health Department
October 11th, 10:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Anthem Medicaid is excited about our upcoming Dental Day for members on October 11, 2023 at Christian Co. Health Dept 1700 Canton St. Hopkinsville, KY 42240. Dentist will be on site to provide oral exams and fluoride treatment! No appointment.
