Prescription medicines

Generic and brand-name prescription drugs and some over-the-counter (OTC) drugs

Copays
  • OTC drugs: $0.50
  • Generic drugs: $1
  • Brand-name drugs: $3

Copays are limited to $12 a month per member, per provider. OTC drugs do not count toward the $12 maximum.

Members are limited to five opioid prescriptions per month.

Get debit card dollars with Healthy Rewards

Earn rewards for doing things that are good for your health. Enroll in the Healthy Rewards program to get debit card dollars when you complete a healthy activity. Use your debit card to buy health and wellness items from select retailers. Check the list below to see what you can earn:

Children turning 2 years old

  • $10 for getting all Combo 3 immunizations before the age of 2
  • $10 for getting all Combo 10 immunizations before the age of 2

Adults (ages 18-75) with diabetes

  • $20 for getting a diabetic blood sugar (A1c) test
  • $20 for getting a diabetic retinal eye exam

Women (ages 50-74)

  • $25 for getting a breast cancer screening

Pregnant women

  • $25 for attending a prenatal visit (within 42 days of enrollment)
  • $25 for attending a postpartum visit (between 21 and 56 days after delivery)

Adults (ages 18 or older) newly prescribed an antidepressant

  • $15 for using a newly prescribed antidepressant medication for at least six months

Adults and children (ages 6 or older) who have recently been in the hospital for a mental health condition

  • $25 for completing a follow-up outpatient visit with a mental health provider within 30 days of discharge from the hospital for a mental health condition
