Need a ride to your appointment?

A big part of staying healthy is making it to all of your appointments. Get rides to covered health care appointments at no cost if you don’t have any other way to get there.

How to set up your ride

You must schedule rides at least two business days before your appointment. You can schedule a ride by calling 1-866-907-1493 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. local time. You can also schedule rides online. Rides may be provided through public transportation, such as a city bus, or by specialized medical vehicles.

Using your own vehicle

If you use your own private vehicle for rides to and from your covered health care appointments, you may be able to get mileage reimbursement. Call 1-866-907-1493 (TTY 711) before you go to your appointment.
