Benefit Reward Hub

With the Benefit Reward Hub you will have access to a variety of Value-Added Benefits like:

  • Emergency Preparedness Kit and Disaster Relief Funds (member must request relief funds over the phone)

Redeem or check your earned rewards

Healthy Rewards is a no-cost, optional program for eligible members enrolled in our health plan. The program encourages you to seek the care you need to create a healthy lifestyle. Members can enroll in the Healthy Rewards program and earn dollars for making healthy choices.

You can redeem Healthy Rewards or see what you have earned through the Benefit Reward Hub online. You also can call the Customer Care Center Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific time toll free at 800-407-4627 (TTY 711), or 888-285-7801 (TTY 711) for members in Los Angeles. A representative can help you sign up, check your rewards, or redeem earned rewards.

Community Resources Link

This easy-to-use online tool can help you find local support and services giving you increased access to clinical, behavioral, and social supports that you may not be aware of. This tool links directly to our Care Management system, which helps our Care Managers recommend resources and supports that you will find the most useful, such as:

  • supports for bullying and suicide prevention
  • back to school resources
  • drug and alcohol resources
  • resources to help members quit vaping or smoking

Because symptom triggers are different for everyone, there is no one-size-fits-all solution to prevent asthma attacks. Our Asthma and COPD relief catalog offers asthma and COPD relief solutions that enables members to select products that best suit their needs.

If you have been diagnosed with asthma or COPD you can select two asthma and COPD relief products from our available options. Options include, but are not limited to:

  • Inhaler vaporizer kits
  • Travel nebulizer compressor systems
  • Hypoallergenic bedding
  • Pillow covers and mattress covers
  • HEPA air filters
  • Asthma monitoring devices

With many families struggling to make ends meet, a little help with infant care necessities can relieve stress, keep babies safe, and help parents manage at home. If you are a new parent, you may be eligible to receive a $100 gift card to use toward the purchase of baby essential products such as:

  • bottles and nursing supplies
  • formula and baby food
  • diapers, wipes, and creams
  • bath tubs
  • car seat
  • strollers
  • portable crib

Note: This benefit is for pregnant and postpartum members up to 12 months.

Our Digital Mental Health Toolkit consists of a tiered approach to mental wellness. Members ages 13 and older may receive unlimited access to our web-based online program built on the principals and tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Emotional Well-being Program

We have teamed up with Learn to Live to help you improve several key areas of your emotional well-being. If you are a member over the age of 13 you can receive access to our Emotional Well-being Program.

You will receive:

  • Access to on-demand personalized self-paced online programs with interactive multi-media tools and activities, and the ability to track your progress
  • Opt-in support from a Masters-level clinical coach by phone, email or text to further your emotional well-being goals
  • The ability to engage family and friends in your experience to provide ongoing encouragement from your loved ones
  • Free webinars on a variety of emotional well-being topics you can use to get support when you need it and practice skills that improve conditions in ways that promote overall good health.

Our Emotional Well-being Program focuses on building resiliency, managing stress, improving mood, helping reduce insomnia or helping find daily inspiration. The platform empowers you with personalized pathways incorporating multiple programs to help manage and overcome mental health challenges.

Meditation App Subscription

Eligible members 13 or older with a qualifying behavioral health condition can receive a yearly subscription to a Meditation App. Through this app, members can access guided meditations, sleep aids, and other resources to promote mindfulness and reduce stress.

Improving Behavioral Health

Be prepared for emergencies like fires, floods, or any other natural disasters with the Emergency Preparedness Kit. The kit contains:

  • First aid kit
  • Can opener
  • Dust mask
  • Waterproof poncho
  • Emergency survival blanket
  • Flashlight
  • Emergency whistle
  • Hand sanitizer
  • and more

We will also offer Disaster Relief assistance for members who let us know that they have been required to evacuate their homes in the amount of $75 in funds to pay for food, water, or other essential items.

Note: You are limited to one kit and one $75 disaster relief assistance allowance per household per lifetime. You must be over the age of 18 to receive these benefits.

Jobs Connections is a series of benefits created to help elevate your career and increase your skills through improving your access to the internet. You can then receive assistance in gaining industry certifications assistance, financial support with uniforms for trade school and on the job, or assistance in obtaining your GED.

Internet Essentials

If you are 18 or older and enrolled in Jobs Connections you will receive up to $200 to use toward the cost of internet services. Funds can be used to purchase:

  • Modems
  • Routers
  • Additional equipment that is essential to obtain (or strengthen) an internet connection or to help cover monthly service charges
  • Installation and set-up fees (if you do not currently have internet access)

Industry certification assistance

Anthem Blue Cross will cover the cost of exam fees for industry certifications in fields such as:

  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Financial Services
  • Business Management
  • Health Information Technology (HIT)
  • Education
  • Business Administration,
  • Health and Human Services

You can request to be enrolled by calling Anthem Blue Cross. We will verify that you meet the eligibility requirements and once approved, you will receive a voucher from Pearson Vue via mail. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

Uniform or Work Attire support 

If you are 18 or older, we will cover the costs of your uniforms for positions that require specific attire such as housekeeping, waitstaff, line cooks, etc.

GED assistance

According to the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics, people who received their high school diploma or GED were 37.5% less likely to be unemployed than others. Receiving a GED helps prepare individuals for future success, whether that means pursuing higher education, vocational school, trade programs, a certified work-program, and/or college.

Our GED assistance program offers one test payment for all subjects per member. You can request to be enrolled by calling Anthem Blue Cross. We will verify that you meet the eligibility requirements and once approved, you will receive a voucher from Pearson Vue via mail. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

Because every person’s situation is unique, we developed Fresh Food Connection to address all major barriers around accessing food. If you choose to enroll, you can receive either:

  • Three farm-fresh produce boxes delivered to you
  • An annual membership to Costco or Sam’s Club
  • $100 Healthy Grocery gift card

  • Uber Gift Card - You can receive one $100 Uber gift card to help with your transportation needs
  • Car Repairs – If you own a car but need repairs, you can receive up to $200 in car repair funds
  • Public Transportation – You can receive a $100 gift card to purchase a bus pass to help with your transportation needs
  • Gas Card – You can receive a $100 gas gift card to purchase fuel
