CommonGround Library

CommonGround is an approach to recovery. Whether you're recovering from a behavioral health condition, an addiction, or both, the CommonGround Library offers strategies and tools to help you start recovery and deal with daily challenges.

The CommonGround Library has 28 Learning Tracks. These are grouped into four different categories so they’re easier to use. Each Learning Track has different tools to help you with different aspects of recovery.

You can review the Learning Tracks in any order. Browse through them all, or go directly to a specific Learning Track to learn more about that topic.

Healing and Recovery
