Delegation and Subcontractor Network Certification (SNC)

The Subcontracted Network Certification (SNC) is a process that entails MCPs reporting on their monitoring of Subcontractors’ and Downstream Subcontractors’ Provider Networks and submitting documentation to DHCS verifying the compliance and/or noncompliance reported.

Requirements of the Subcontractor Network Certification can be found in DHCS APL 23-006
